Dining and living areas
An open fireplace, underfloor heating, double-glazed windows, sun-blinds
and sheltered courtyard allow guests to be comfortable in all the
extremes of seasonal weather.
The dining and living area contains a table with 8 chairs, new modular lounge
furniture, telephone, fax, CD player with CDs, direct-to-air satellite radio
and TV, open fireplace with stored wood, and books/magazines.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stainless steel fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and electric cooktop, pullout pantry, Corian benches, kitchen island, as well as a double sink with pull-out mixer tap, full range of kitchenware and small appliances for cooking, baking and outside BBQ.
The deck and courtyard
Facing north east, the deck provides sweeping views of Ben Ohau, the Southern
Alps and towards the local township of Twizel. Glass windows and
bi-folding doors on the deck allow for comfortable dining and relaxation
through all seasons, and a place to enjoy the changing natural light,
colours, shadows and weather. Most scenic views on this website are taken
from the deck.
Outdoor furniture to seat 8 and gas BBQ for use on the deck or in the courtyard.
The courtyard provides a sheltered BBQ area.
Bedrooms
Each of the two bedrooms has a Queen size bed and its own external door and small private balcony. Both come with bedside tables and lights, bedroom chair, electric blankets, high quality beds and bed linen.
Bathroom and laundry
The bathroom has an adjustable shower, large shower, toilet, large basin, and
hairdryer.
The laundry provides a washing machine, washing tub, clothes dryer and drying
rack, iron and ironing board.
