Rental Rates
- Weekly rentals only (Friday to Friday)
- NZ$1300 (1-2 guests), NZ$1600 (3-4 guests)
Payment and Bond.
A deposit of $300 bond is required to confirm booking and the full rental fee is due 14 days prior to occupancy. After satisfactory tenancy, $300 is refunded within 7 days, usually within a day or two.
Cancellation Fee
Once booking confirmed, 10% of rental rate non refundable if booking cancelled, 25% of rental rate non refundable if cancellation occurs within 2-4 weeks of occupancy date, and 50% of rental rate if cancellation occurs within 14 days of occupancy date.
These cancellation fees are reduced to 10% if it is possible to rent the cancelled booking to other guests.
